A partnership that has lasted several years is now leading to a merger between the two companies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brigitte Delanchy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;We&#8217;re delighted to be part of this adventure and to be able to write history together.
