Kit freschezza Precise del laboratorio NOVOCIB<\/h1>\n

Il Gruppo DELANCHY sostiene il progetto di\u00a0NOVOCIB, una startup nel campo delle biotecnologie<\/a> guidata dalla Dott.ssa Larissa Balakireva, che ha realizzato il \u00ab KIT FRESCHEZZA \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Una\u00a0innovazione al servizio dei nostri clienti\u00a0<\/a>e della sicurezza alimentare, con un processo innovativo che permette di testare la freschezza del pesce e dei prodotti ittici in meno di 2 ore dal primo giorno di pesca.<\/p>\n

Nella pratica, il test misura i 3 principali fattori legati alla degradazione del prodotto: l\u2019IMP, l\u2019inosina e l\u2019ipoxantina. Le misure effettuate permettono cos\u00ec di determinare il grado di freschezza del prodotto in maniera molto precisa con una notazione su 4 livelli: EXTRA, A+, A et A-.<\/p>\n

I reagenti utilizzati non sono pericolosi. Sono semplici da usare e non richiedono l\u2019installazione di un laboratorio. Tuttavia, l\u2019analisi dei dati non si pu\u00f2 improvvisare e necessita di una certa tecnicit\u00e0.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

Questa innovazione \u00e8 particolarmente importante per i professionisti del settore ittico e questo progetto \u00e8 stato sviluppato anche in collaborazione con il centro AQUIMER a Boulogne-sur-Mer e supervisionato dall\u2019ANSES (Agenzia nazionale di sicurezza sanitaria dell\u2019alimentazione, dell\u2019ambiente e del lavoro).<\/p>\n
