DELANCHY and KOTRA LOGISTICS ACQUIRE OSLO SEAFOOD CENTER A/S

The Dutch company Kotra Logistics becomes the new owner of Oslo Seafood Center A/S. In line with the vision of Kotra Logistics to provide their logistic solutions towards Norwegian customers this is an important step into this direction.

The acquisition of Norway’s most modern seafood terminal located at Gardermoen gives Norwegian exporters and importers access to a tight-knit network and digitalization that is spreading throughout Europe.

Kotra is a family-owned company with solid roots in seafood logistics dating back to 1880 in Yerseke, The Netherlands.

Delanchy, a French family-owned company, is a 49% shareholder of Kotra and together the companies are among the largest in seafood logistics in Europe.

The combination of the individual strengths of Kotra Logistics, Delanchy and Oslo Seafood Center assures a solid and reliable solution for our customers, now and in the future.
